"Deadpool and Wolverine" Teaser: Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman Take on Death in a Crunchy MCU Premiere

The second trailer for the highly anticipated "Deadpool and Wolverine," the third movie in the "Deadpool" series and the first to be set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, features the return of Marvel's most beloved rivals.

This time, to the tune of Madonna's "Like a Prayer," Deadpool and Wolverine battle like bloodthirsty hell.

In the teaser, Deadpool says to Wolverine, "I'm about to lose everything that I've ever cared about." Wolverine replies, "Not my fucking problem."

"Is that what you said when everything in your world fell apart?" Wolverine strikes Deadpool's crotch with those claws in response to his remark, and Deadpool shoots him multiple times in the torso.

Cut to the two heroes joking about while eating lunch: Would you like to discuss your haunting, or should we hold off until the third act?

In the threequel, Hugh Jackman reprises his role as Wolverine, who was last seen by fans in the 2017 farewell film "Logan," alongside Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. The film will bring the renowned Merc With a Mouth and claw-bearing mutant to the MCU.

"Deadpool and Wolverine" is set to release almost six years after "Deadpool 2," during which time Fox's "X-Men" film series came to an end and Disney fully acquired 20th Century Fox, the company that owned the rights to the Fantastic Four and the X-Men, the latter of which is now receiving its first MCU feature film.)

There is growing anticipation for Deadpool's newest movie. With an incredible 365 views in just 24 hours, the first teaser for "Deadpool and Wolverine," which released during the Super Bowl, shattered the record for the most watched movie trailer.
